Hi, I do have a question for you, my husband and I are thinking of refinancing, to consolidate bills and do some repairs, is it a good time for the rates on refinancing????

  • yroth:

    Hi Janelle,

Mortgage rates are very low right now. If you look at the numbers and you find benefit in consolidating debt, it makes sense to act now as mortgage rates will in all likelihood begin to increase in March, 2010.

Find the interest rates, payments and costs through the pricing engine to the right under “Personalized Mortgage Rate Quote.”

Feel free to call me at 561-350-7684 with any questions. Yale
